Where we started.
Capture a school event as both a record for families and a useful piece of promotional storytelling.

Capture a school event as both a record for families and a useful piece of promotional storytelling.
On-location filming and editing for Bosque do Cabril, with delivery prepared for the school's distribution.
The Fruit Festival is both a school event and a shared experience for the surrounding community. The filming brief has to hold those two perspectives together: preserve moments that families can return to, while giving the school a visual story that makes sense to someone who was not there.
On-location filming and editing turn the event coverage into finished videos prepared for the school's distribution. The external film shows one expression of that work, while this case study describes the production scope. Publication channels and use remain those agreed for the school; no enrolment or audience outcomes are claimed.
Finished event videos for the school, students, and families to revisit and share through agreed channels.
